Casual and tropical, low-lit and clubby, rumba combines top-notch Latin and Asian cuisine with a prominent bar for global dining in secluded booths, a street-view party area, lounge seating or double patios.

To start, hand-muddled mojitos and caipirinhas or fresh pisco sours at the bar along with other expertly crafted cocktails, ten draft beers and a Southern Hemisphere wine list replete with offerings from Argentina, Chile, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. To nibble, ginger shrimp, edamole dip or chivitos, Uruguayan mini-cheeseburgers topped with prosciutto. To share, pork confit tacos, sesame scallops or grilled skewers of satay -- marinated beef, chicken, chorizo or shrimp with three dipping sauces. To snack, sizzling pizzas or flatbreads from the wood-burning oven. To dine, succulent Piedmontese beef, fresh South Beach catch or the signature shrimp masala. To top it all off, house cupcakes of the day, the aptly named chocolate bar or decadent tres leches cake with a glass of port or Madeira.
